The online absentee mail-in portal will be open from September 21 to October 22. Voters should note that certain restrictions apply for absentee voting by mail, which are detailed on the portal.
For those preferring to vote absentee in person, walk-in absentee voting will be available from October 23 to October 30 on weekdays, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. This will take place at the courthouse on East Washington Street in Elkton, with specific restrictions in place.
Early voting, which has no restrictions, will be held from October 31 to November 2, Thursday through Saturday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, also at the courthouse on East Washington Street.
Election Day is set for Tuesday, November 5. Voters must cast their ballots at their designated voting precincts, and a valid ID is required to vote.
