A home on Mimms Street in Guthrie was destroyed in a fire Saturday afternoon.

Guthrie Fire Department Chief Tommy Clinard says they were called to the home due to a fire involving the fuse box around 2.

Everyone was able to get out of the home uninjured but the home is considered a total loss.

Trenton Fire Department Chief John Stahl says they also responded with Allensville firefighters and helped in extinguishing the fire with 8 firefighters and three fire engines.

Clinard says the mother and son living in the home will be staying with family.
