Elkton’s Cruise-Ins on the Public Square kick off later this month and will run until October.
Assistant Clerk Kayce Bright says the Cruise-Ins will be held once a month on every fourth Saturday, kicking off April 27 at 4 p.m.
In the past, she says Cruise-Ins have always had a great turnout with lots of people visiting and socializing around the square, looking at the vehicles and supporting Elkton’s local restaurants and businesses.
May’s Cruise-In will be a special one with the Third Time Around Band performing live in concert from 5-7 p.m. in the square. Saturday, May 25, the square will be closed down from 4-8 p.m. in order to reserve parking and allow room for the concert. All local restaurants and businesses will remain open to the public.
Bright notes every Cruise-In is completely free to the public, including the event in May and the concert itself.
The remaining Cruise-Ins are scheduled as followed, all from 4-8 p.m.
