An Elkton man was charged with fleeing from law enforcement on Marion Street Monday afternoon.
Elkton Police say they attempted to stop 24-year-old Justin Johnson for having six active warrants and he fled on foot, through a field jumping a fence, before being apprehended on West Main Street.
He was arrested on the warrants for failure to appear and non-payment of court costs along with being charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police.
