The Elkton Police Department is warning the community about potential scammers commenting on social media posts related to the department’s inaugural Toy Run this weekend.
The department said that you should not click on any links in the comments on the City of Elkton KY Police Department or the That Guy Who Fixes Stuff page. They added that no winners will be announced until the day of the Toy Run and you must be present at the Milliken Community House to claim your prizes.
