Billy Goat Hill in Elkton is partnering with the Todd County Family Resource and Youth Services Center (FRYSC) for the restaurant’s Ministry Day Thursday, Aug. 24.
FRYSC Coordinator Kelli Templeman says Billy Goat Hill will be donating all of Thursday’s proceeds to the organization to help fund the Axis program, which provides mental health services to students, and the school’s backpack program, which is currently experiencing low funds.
Billy Goat Hill Owner Melissa Weathers says she and her husband came up with the idea for Ministry Days as a monthly mission to give back to the community.
She adds Thursday’s special will be pizza — something new for the restaurant.
Billy Goat Hill is located on the historic Elkton Square and will be open Thursday from 5:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
